Feeling down, trying to pick myself back up...

Just took my lunch break to go to CVS and buy myself a desk fan. It's been a roasting 90+ degrees for over the past week here in Atlanta and it's starting to affect me. I am just not built for this kind of crap. Anyway, I got side tracked and bought an 8 pack of mini Butterfingers. I ate them all on the way back to work. It's starting to get disgusting here. I'm going to have to start working out every single day just to maintain the not-so-ideal pre-baby weight. Ugh!!!!!

I'm taking a proactive approach to get myself moving. And, since let's be honest here...it's roasting outside and I probably will not muster the motivation to get outside and walk around the block a few times...I went ahead and signed up for a prenatal yoga class. It's a mile (perfect walk) from my house. I'm really looking forward to it!

Pregnancy Yoga W/Free Weights:

Join us for this special yoga class with free weights adapted for pregnant women. Add meditative strength training to your yoga practice. Class begins with 30 minutes of yoga. We then use 1# - 10# weights, wobble boards and other tools to strengthen from your neck to your toes! We intersperse active yoga rest and end the class with gentle yoga stretches.
